Meet the Team

Reverend William Hamilton provides spiritual leadership and guidance, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Our talented organist, Patrick Menges, enriches our worship services with beautiful music that uplifts and inspires the congregation. Our Office Administrator, Candy Corthell, and our sexton, Shawn, ensure the church runs smoothly behind the scenes, maintaining the building with care and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Together, they support the mission and ministry of our church with commitment and grace, along with our Board and Committee members.


Rev. William Hamilton’s Office hours are Tuesdays 9:30-1:30

Church Office hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00am -2:00pm

Rev. William N. Hamilton served as pastor of the Berkley Congregational Church in Berkley, Massachusetts, and also leads worship at Pilgrim Congregational Church.
A former faculty member at Boston College and Andover Newton Theological School, he has long been active in both education and community service.
Rev. Hamilton founded the Hospice of Lincoln County in Maine, served on the Patient and Family Advisory Council at Morton Hospital. Reverend Hamilton is available on Tuesdays during his office hours.  Please call to schedule an appt.

Candy Corthell lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts, with her husband, Larry, and their two dogs. She is the mother of three grown children and grandmother of three. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston, Candy enjoys swimming, gardening, painting, and spending time with her family. She is also an avid genealogist and a proud member of the Mayflower Society.
